• “Nick was amazing during the whole process of buying a home, especially for a new home buyer like myself. He was very attentive and spoke the truth on every home we viewed. He always spoke on the pros and cons of every house we viewed and gave a great insight when it came time to make an offer. Nick was also very easy to schedule with and communicated very fast when new houses were hitting the market. He was very personable throughout the whole process. He learned our needs/wants for the house and made sure whenever we viewed a house to take those needs/wants into consideration. Nick also does everything he can to make sure when find your forever home you get it. I can't recommend Nick enough if you are in the market for a home. If you work with Nick you are in very very good hands!”

• “My partner and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Nick! We are first time home buyers and he made this entire experience incredibly easy & stress free. Nick spent countless hours researching properties that fit our needs, as well as doing the extra work to figure out what exactly we liked and disliked about different properties. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and was willing to do THE MOST during our showings. Example: He was behind the AC unit, in overgrown weeds, in the dark with a flashlight, just so he could have a good idea of how old & what kind of shape the AC unit was in.
